1. Accepting these terms
By accessing or using UNSEAL, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. A parent or guardian should review these terms for younger users.
2. Direct collectible purchases
The website’s pack room uses Collector Crypt’s catalog and purchase service. Pack payments use real USDC on Solana plus network fees, and require your wallet approval. Review the selected pack, current price, published odds, and wallet transaction before signing. You are responsible for meeting the provider’s eligibility requirements and applicable rules where you live.
Outcomes are random. The collectible may be worth less than the purchase price. Published insured-value ranges are not guaranteed resale prices or returns. Displayed foil artwork represents the pack and is not a promise of a particular card. No automatic buyback is enabled.
3. Delivery, recovery, and app items
Collector Crypt processes payment and collectible delivery. Receipt pages display its recorded status and public transaction links; they do not continuously verify current ownership. Keep your receipt reference and check an unconfirmed purchase before paying again. Do not assume that closing this website cancels a signed or submitted transaction.
Physical custody, redemption, shipping availability, fees, and provider refunds are governed by Collector Crypt’s applicable service terms. UNSEAL does not offer a shipping or buyback flow on this website. Contact support with your reference if a purchase is unresolved; do not send private keys or seed phrases.
Games and auctions marked as previews are not purchasable here. The iPhone app’s virtual Sparks and gameplay items are separate from website USDC purchases and do not represent money or guaranteed real-world value.
4. Fair and acceptable use
Do not misuse UNSEAL, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, automate abusive activity, exploit bugs, impersonate others, upload malicious code, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.
5. Availability and changes
UNSEAL is under active development. We may add, change, suspend, reset, or discontinue features, virtual items, balances, odds, events, or access. We do not promise that locally stored progress will always be recoverable or compatible with future versions.
6. Intellectual property
UNSEAL’s original software, branding, interface, text, and original artwork are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, card imagery, grading marks, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated.
7. Feedback
If you send ideas or feedback, you give us permission to use them to improve UNSEAL without an obligation to compensate you. You remain responsible for ensuring that anything you submit does not violate another person’s rights.
8. Disclaimers
UNSEAL is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent availability of content, preservation of local data, future App Store approval, or that every error will be corrected.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UNSEAL and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, access, goodwill, or opportunity arising from use of the service. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
